Jiangfeng Zhang received the B.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in computing mathematics from Xi’an Jiaotong University, Xi’an, China, and the Ph.D. degree in electronic and electrical engineering from the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, U.K. He is currently an Associate Professor at Clemson University, Greenville, SC, USA. His research interests include electric vehicles, smart grid, and renewable energy. He is a Fellow of IET, a Member of IFAC TC6.3 on Power and Energy Systems, and an Associate Editor for IET Smart Grid and IET Renewable Power Generation.
