The relevance of the project lies in the fact that at present the impact of changes in circuit-mode conditions of electric power systems should be evaluated in real-time, taking into account the functioning of secondary switching schemes of control, protection, and emergency management systems.
The aim of the project is to create on the basis of digital diagnostic systems of real-time a single platform for research and testing of control systems, protection and regime, emergency control of power electrical equipment in the framework of digitalization of electric power systems.
报告人简介:
Popov M. G. carried out theoretical and physical studies of regimes, stability and means of regime and emergency management of the United power systems (UES) of Russia - UES of the North-West, UES of the Urals, UES of Siberia and UES of the East. A significant part of the research results were implemented in the practice of operation of power systems of the North-West, East to improve the efficiency and sustainability of their work.
Scientific and pedagogical experience in SPBPU SINCE 1999, postgraduate studies and thesis defense-2001, from 2002 to 2014 he worked as an associate Professor, Deputy head of scientific work of the Department " Electric power stations and automation of power systems", from 2014 to the present head of the Department " Electric power stations and automation of power systems", At the same time he still member of the B5 RNA CIGRE working group; member of the editorial Board of 2 journals; expert in scientific and technical sphere and science; member of scientific and technical councils (NTS) of FGC UES, RusHydro and Rosenergoatom.
